About Atlas Civils Next Level

Atlas Civils Next Level is an expansion project developed to increase manufacturing capacity, strengthen operations, expand the product range and serve more customers across South Africa and selected African markets. It builds on Atlas Civils' existing container-conversion and modular manufacturing business.

Products and services

Storage and refurbished shipping containers; site offices and boardrooms; classrooms and workshops; spaza shops and takeaway units; container homes and accommodation; ablution facilities; specialised container conversions; BUILDABLE™ panelised units; prefabricated residential and commercial buildings; and modular business and community facilities. Units are manufactured to order and customised by size, layout, colour, finishes and intended use.

Market opportunity

There is sustained demand for buildings that can be delivered faster and more affordably than conventional construction — housing and accommodation, education and public facilities, small business and retail units, and industrial and mining support structures.

Expansion plan

Six objectives: manufacturing capacity; people and skills; sales and marketing; product development; working capital; and governance and systems.

Intended use of capital

Additional equipment, tooling and production areas; recruitment, training and quality control; digital lead generation and regional representation; continued product development; materials, logistics and production funding; and improved financial controls, reporting, compliance and administration.

Proposed participation

Shares are offered at R51 per share with a minimum purchase of 100 shares, being a minimum amount payable of R5 100. Only whole shares may be applied for.

Potential participant rights

Subject to the rights attaching to the relevant share class and to the company's constitutional documents, shareholders may receive a share of distributable profits through dividends when dividends are lawfully declared by the company. Rights, including any voting rights, are determined by the share class and the definitive documents.

Key business and investment risks

Business performance may be affected by market, operational and economic conditions. Dividends depend on distributable profits, legal requirements and a valid declaration by the company. Shares in an unlisted company are not readily tradeable and transfer may be restricted. An applicant could lose some or all of the amount invested. No profit, dividend, investment return, valuation increase or exit is guaranteed.

Application process

Review the business information, select the number of shares, complete the registration form, receive your personalised document pack, submit supporting documents, await verification and written acceptance, make payment only using verified company banking instructions, and receive confirmation and the applicable shareholder records after completion.

Important legal and regulatory notice

They do not provide personal financial, legal, accounting or tax advice and are not an offer capable of acceptance without the company's written approval. Applications are subject to identity verification, company approval, applicable South African law and definitive signed documents, which prevail over any website summary.
