Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Atlas Civils Next Level processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What personal information is collected

Names and surname, identity or passport number and passport country, date of birth, gender, physical address, contact numbers, email address, entity details where the applicant is a company or trust, banking details for dividend payment, the number of shares applied for, supporting documents and your electronic signature.

Why the information is collected

To verify your identity, assess and process your share application, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, maintain the company's records and securities register, communicate with you about your application, and pay dividends into a verified account if dividends are lawfully declared.

How identity and banking documents are used

Identity and address documents are used solely for verification and recordkeeping. Banking confirmation is used to verify that the nominated account belongs to the applicant. These documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are never published or attached to unprotected communications.

How long records are retained

Records relating to share applications, shareholders and financial transactions are retained for the periods required by applicable South African law, and thereafter securely destroyed or de-identified.

Who may access the records

Only authorised personnel of Atlas Civils Next Level who require access to perform verification, administration, financial and compliance functions, and where required, the company's professional advisors, auditors or a regulator.

How information is protected

Access control and role-based authentication, private storage with row-level security policies, encrypted transmission, restricted file types and size limits on uploads, and audit logging of significant changes. Sensitive identifiers are never placed in public URLs, analytics, browser logs or email subject lines.

Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or object to processing, by contacting us at shares@atlascivilsnextlevel.com or 034 004 0102. We may require verification of your identity before acting on a request.
